Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Papery. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

  • Time Frame: You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and seals intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Stationery Exceptions)

For health, safety, and quality reasons, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:

  • Paper Goods: Individual sheets of paper, open card sets, or journals with any markings.
  • Custom/Personalized Items: Any stationery or gifts that have been embossed or custom-printed.
  • Clearance Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" or purchased from our "Sale" section.
  • Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift cards.

3. Shipping

  • Return Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance via Canada Post or your preferred carrier, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Processing: If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@victoriapapery.com within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange or full refund at no additional cost to you.
